Engage sessions are video interviews between a tester (you) and one or more researchers, also commonly referred to as moderators. These sessions can be simple interviews about your habits/preferences or tests of websites/apps with screen sharing.
What do you need to participate:

A computer/laptop/Mac with a webcam and microphone that can handle video calls. Please do not use your mobile phone/device to join the call.

Good & stable internet connection: Nothing crazy here, but you’ll need a connection that allows you to do video calls.
What to expect during the interview:

Share your thoughts, be honest and think out loud. Don't be afraid, this is not a test, just a friendly discussion.

Depending on the research project, the moderator might ask you to share your screen while interacting with their product (website, app, etc.).

Check the project description in your original invitation for any specific details.
The most important thing is to make sure you arrive on time and that you are in a calm, silent environment free from distractions.
